No. Komplian is horizontal software for any team that sells and supports customers across more than one channel — services, B2B, retail, hospitality, agencies and more. E-commerce integrations such as Shopify and WooCommerce are optional connectors, not the definition of the product.

Is my business data used to train third-party AI models?

No. Your data is processed only to serve your own AI agent, never to train third-party models. Workspaces are logically isolated with least-privilege access, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform runs on Google Cloud. Komplian operates under GDPR and offers a Data Processing Agreement.
