You share your partner link. Anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you when their workspace is created. From then on you are paid on every payment they make, at 10% through their first year, 5% through their second and 1% through their third, net of tax. Year four earns nothing. Each month we settle what those clients actually paid: nothing is estimated, the source is the paid invoice, and balances under 50 € roll into the next month.

Because it is spread over three years instead of concentrated in one. The trade is deliberate and we would rather be straight about it: across a full three years this pays somewhat less in total than a flat 20% for twelve months would, and in exchange the income does not stop dead at month thirteen. If what you want is volume, referral is not where the money is. Reselling is: 25% off list on every client, every month, with no end date.

No, and they are not meant to. Referral is the track for recommending: the client pays Komplian and we pay you a commission. Certified and Premier are the track for agencies and companies that want to sell Komplian themselves: you buy at a discount, set your own price and keep the difference. If you move from Referral to Certified, the clients you already referred keep paying you their ladder to the end of their three years.

From the Certified tier you buy Komplian at a discount and sell it under your own terms and brand. Your clients get full white label: the web widget, the availability page, calendar invitations and booking emails carry their name and logo, not ours. You receive one Stripe invoice a month with a line per client workspace, at list price less your discount. A client is either referred or resold, never both.

Referral has no minimum. Certified is for partners with at least three active client workspaces and Premier from fifteen. Referred and resold clients both count towards the threshold, and we review it every month.

Commission follows the money, and it needs continuity. You are paid on each payment a client makes while its subscription stays alive: a client that lasts one month earns you that one month. If the subscription is cancelled, the commission ends there for good, and a new sign-up by the same client months later does not restart it. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your next settlement, because they are money that never stayed with us.

A partner console inside the app, API keys to provision workspaces for your clients, and your own domain for the dashboard and its emails. Partners on the program get them as they ship; none of them is a condition of the tiers above.
