Yes. Every edition comes with 14 days free and no card. You pick Starter, Growth or Pro when you sign up and use that edition in full. When the trial ends you choose whether to subscribe; nothing is charged on its own.

One credit is one reply from your AI agent, or roughly 100,000 words indexed into your knowledge base. Each edition includes a monthly allowance, and Komplian Intelligence draws on the same pool. If you run out before the month ends, you can add 5,000 credits for 59 EUR at any time; if you run out every month, a larger edition is cheaper.

Yes, from the billing page in your workspace. Moving up takes effect at once and is prorated; moving down applies at the end of the current period. Nothing you built is lost either way.

The yearly price is what you pay per month when you commit to twelve months and pay them upfront, about 17% less than paying monthly. Both are the same product.

Prices are shown without VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout from your billing country and, for businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number, applied as the rules for your country require.

By card, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly depending on what you chose, and you can cancel from the billing page at any time; your workspace stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
