Yes. 14 days free on the edition you choose, no card. You pick Starter, Growth or Pro when you sign up and use that edition in full. When the trial ends you choose whether to subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically. Enterprise is set up with our team, without a trial.

One credit is one reply from your AI agent, or roughly 100,000 words indexed into your knowledge base. Each edition includes a monthly allowance, and Komplian Intelligence draws on the same pool. If you run out before the month ends, you can add 5,000 credits for 59 EUR at any time. If you run out every month, a larger edition includes more.

Yes, from the billing page in your workspace, up or down, and the change takes effect at once. Nothing is charged on the spot: your next invoice credits the unused part of your current edition and charges the rest of the period at the new price, so moving down lowers it and moving up raises it. The exception is switching between monthly and yearly billing, which starts a new period that day and is invoiced right away, with the unused time already deducted. To move down, your account has to fit the smaller edition: if you have more workspaces or team members than it includes, the billing page tells you what to remove first. Modules the new edition does not include close as soon as you switch, and your AI credits for the month become the new edition's. Nothing you built is deleted: your data stays, and automations that relied on those modules stop and start again by themselves if you move back up.

The yearly price is what you pay per month when you commit to twelve months and pay them upfront, about 17% less than paying monthly. Both are the same product.

Prices are shown without VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout from your billing country and, for businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number, applied as the rules for your country require.

By card, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly depending on what you chose, and you can cancel from the billing page at any time. Your workspace stays open until the end of the period you paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then.

Enterprise is for organisations that need more than Pro: credits, seats, channels and workspaces sized per contract, every module plus the ones you ask for, onboarding with our team, and the security documentation package your procurement needs. Enterprise is priced with our team, not from a list. The data processing agreement (DPA) is not part of that price: it is included in every edition.
