It does not issue invoices
Komplian does not generate invoices or file them with the tax authority. That work stays in your accounting or invoicing software.
It does not replace your quoting tool
If you already quote with another tool, Komplian can read the quotes you send from your connected mailbox and attach them to the record, without forcing a switch.
It is in every edition

What gets asked before deciding.
No. It manages catalogue, quotes and orders; invoice issuing is not enabled. If you need to invoice from the same system, today that is not Komplian.
Yes, the catalogue's, and only those. A price that is not in the catalogue does not exist for the agent.
The quote is sent by email from your connected mailbox. On WhatsApp you can notify with an approved template and the link.
No. With your Gmail or Outlook mailbox connected, Komplian recognises the quotes you send and attaches them to the customer record.
